"I need a narration for a short explainer video for the following Ingrown toenail surgery AI video wording – The toe is anaesthetised by inserting a local anaesthetic injection called lignocaine into each side of the toe. Once the toe is anaesthetised a tourniquet is applied to reduce bleeding while the procedure is carried out. The ingrowing part of the nail is then removed to include the part of the nail where it grows out from. This is called the nail matrix. This part of the nail matrix is then cauterised to prevent this part of the nail from regrowing. Once the cauterisation is completed, the toe is dressed with an anti-bacterial dressing followed by gauze and a crepe bandage.
